About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our Prezzo team in Aldeburgh. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that every customer leaves with a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality Italian cuisine
  • Develop and implement menu plans to meet customer demand
  • Manage kitchen operations, including health and safety, stock management, and staff development
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to drive menu innovation and consistency
  • Ensure that all kitchen staff are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional service
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture
