The Role

  • You will be responsible for broking and negotiating each risk placed into the GB Retail Global Excess Liability facility, serving as the primary point of contact for both Insurers and GB Retail client service teams.
  • You will enforce Insurer service level agreements and guarantee that Insurers adhere to the parameters of our facility agreement.
  • You will ensure ongoing compliance with facility processes, working closely with our Facilities hub to provide an enhanced service to GB Retail client service teams.
  • You will work to ensure the facility meets all internal governance requirements and that Insurer services are met.
  • You will contribute to forthcoming tenders and identify opportunities to drive efficiencies in the facility.
