We are in search of a talented intern to join our property management team at Robert Manning. This role involves significant customer engagement, so we are looking for an individual who is personable and maintains a calm, professional demeanor over the phone.

As an intern, you will support the lettings team in managing our portfolio of properties. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and conducting property viewings and annual inspections
  • Assisting prospective tenants
  • Organizing maintenance and cleaning services for properties
  • Communicating with contractors regarding maintenance tasks
  • Updating and managing our property management software
  • Promoting and advertising property vacancies
  • Performing various administrative tasks as needed

Travel and lunch expenses will be reimbursed up to a specified amount per day.
