We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our 3-bedded home in Wythenshawe, Manchester. This home provides a safe and nurturing environment for young people aged 7-17 with learning disabilities and complex needs.
The Role:- Oversee the daily running of the home, ensuring the highest standard of care for the young people.
- Lead and develop a team of staff, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain the home's current "Good" rating.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently.
- Work closely with the clinical team to implement individual care plans.
- A strong understanding of the regulatory framework and experience in a leadership role within a children's residential care setting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- A passion for working with young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Competitive salary up to £50,000, plus an £8,000 bonus structure.
