About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Rose Meadow, a 37-bed residential care home in North Walsham, North Norfolk. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care and support tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support service users with their daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management.
  • Encourage and support service users to participate in activities and events that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement person-centred care plans.
  • Respond to emergencies and call bells in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably in a residential care home.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
