About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Rose Meadow, a 37-bed residential care home in North Walsham, North Norfolk. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

About You:

We are looking for individuals who share our core values of caring completely, collaborating proactively, acting with integrity, pursuing better, and making it happen. You will be passionate about supporting others and providing excellent care, with a strong commitment to promoting the wellbeing and safety of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling service users to make informed choices and maintain their independence.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, participating in wellbeing events and activities, and promoting a safe and engaging environment.
  • Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner, communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
