Job Title: Care Worker

We are looking for empathetic individuals with good communication skills to join our team as Care Workers. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and care to our residents, maintaining their dignity, and assisting them to enjoy every day living in our Homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including personal care, medication management, and emotional support.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and support.
  • Work collaboratively with other care staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Age 18 years or over.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and Bank Holidays.
  • Empathetic and compassionate approach to care.
