About Gymshark's Finance Department

Gymshark's Finance Department is a dynamic and expanding team that plays a crucial role in the company's short and long-term growth. Our finance teams include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Commercial, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, and Tax and Treasury. We're looking for passionate finance professionals from entry-level to senior C-suite who can add value to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with finance colleagues and senior partners to drive business growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure finance input is sought and valued.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts to agreed deadlines, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Hold review meetings with stakeholders to provide actionable insights into financial performance.
  • Support the evolution of month-end reporting and analysis to better communicate financial performance.
  • Assist in audit visits, including internal, external, and contractual audits.
  • Develop and produce analysis reports to aid strategic planning and improve efficiency.
  • Communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Lead change and embrace disruption, being open-minded and flexible.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Aptitude for working with data and financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across the business.
  • Passion for learning and an inquisitive nature.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Disruptive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
  • Qualifications: ACCA/CIMA/AAT/ACA (working towards or qualified depending on role).

Working Arrangements

The coming vacancies will be hybrid, requiring the successor to attend at least 3 days a week in GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
