Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing compliance of our Environmental Management System, including conducting internal and external audits, and developing policies and procedures.
* Inspiring and influencing the team to adopt strong Health & Safety practices, ensuring everyone understands the benefits.
* Overseeing environmental monitoring and reporting programs, ensuring all regulatory and environmental permit requirements are met.
* Preparing regular Health, Safety, and Environmental (ESG) reports, monitoring KPIs and ensuring targets are achieved.

* Supporting the site management team with Safe System of Work (SSOW) and Permit to Work (PTW) systems for safety across the facility.

* A strong personal commitment to Quality, Health, and Safety, with a passion for continuous improvement.
