Our Ambition
We are committed to achieving a turnover of £50m per annum by 2030. To achieve this goal, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Monitoring Station Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV and other alarm equipment to ensure the safety of premises and assets.
- Carry out daily and monthly checks and inspections in line with BS5979.
- Follow appropriate escalation protocols in relation to alarm activations.
- Effectively operate communication systems and computerised alarm monitoring systems.
- Act as a point of contact for the public emergency services and clients.
- Demonstrate and maintain excellent customer service.
- Record any technical faults and take the appropriate steps to have them rectified within agreed timescales.
- Adhere to all monitoring station policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, supervisors, and peers.
- Ability to maintain a positive approach under pressure.
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail.
- Sound IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- To always maintain a standard of personal conduct and deportment in keeping with the nature of the business.
