Job Summary

SS&C Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist to join our Financial Services team. As a key member of our Reconciliation and Reporting team, you will be responsible for leading a team of administrators and providing proactive solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of administrators to deliver operational services to SS&C clients in line with Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Provide innovative solutions to customers and manage workload and work queues to meet external and internal deadlines.
  • Develop policies and procedures, and recommend best practices to more junior professionals.
  • Manage a process or function with direct reports and demonstrate a depth and breadth of expertise within a discipline.

Requirements

  • 5 years business experience with a good understanding of responsibilities within the Financial Services Industry.
  • Knowledge of client money and CMAR reporting, FCA regulatory environment, and MS Office packages.
  • Excellent Communication, Planning, Prioritising & Organisational skills.
  • IOC Qualifications obtained or willingness to study.
