Role Overview:
We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and empathetic individuals to assist children with special educational needs within the classroom environment. As an SEND Teaching Assistant (TA), also referred to as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will collaborate with educational institutions to provide essential support, often working on a one-on-one basis with students to foster their academic, social, and emotional growth.

Candidate Requirements:


The ideal candidate should possess GCSEs in Maths and English (grade C/4 or higher) or a relevant childcare qualification. While a SEND qualification is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Experience and a positive attitude are highly valued.

It is crucial to demonstrate the ability to work both collaboratively and independently to offer optimal support to the classroom teacher.
