Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our rapidly growing team in Lincoln. As a 1st Line IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and remote desktop
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
