About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Professional to join our team at Walsingham Support. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support to individuals, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
  • Encourage and facilitate social interaction and community engagement.
  • Contribute to a safe and well-maintained environment that promotes the well-being of individuals.
