We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cellar Operations Specialist to join our team at The Lanesborough.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all inventories are maintained at optimal levels, inspecting stores daily and requesting replenishment as necessary.
  • Organize and control store inventory, preventing loss through theft and spoilage, and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Collaborate with the F&B cost controller to investigate discrepancies in month-end inventory counts.
  • Verify that all incoming goods are covered by a purchase order, delivery note, and invoice, and that quantities and prices meet requirements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of the English language and strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook, with experience working with ProcureWizard or similar purchasing systems.
  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, and operate equipment safely.
  • Proven track record in a similar role within a luxury environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and time management skills.
