Engineering Supervisor Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our team at Spectis Robotics. As an Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment rentals and repairs, as well as delegating tasks to the technical team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure efficient equipment rentals and repairs
* Carry out maintenance and repairs to client-owned and demo/rental equipment
* Identify faults and debug issues with mechanical and electronic systems
* Solder and rework components as needed
* Write documentation for requirements, certification, and testing
* Manage others and work under minimal supervision

**Requirements:**

* HND or Degree in electrical/electronic engineering
* Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly/disassembly, electrical/electronic fault finding, repair, and testing
* Ability to identify faults and debug issues with mechanical and electronic systems
* Ability to solder and rework components
* Understanding of electronics fundamentals, circuit operation, and basic components
* Self-starter with ability to work under minimal supervision and manage others
