The Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our Cranes and Lifting business line on a permanent basis. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing personnel and resources to ensure completion of work scopes in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate electrical maintenance and repair activities
  • Supervise and train electrical technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement electrical maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical services
  • Provide technical guidance and support to electrical technicians and other personnel as needed
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Requirements

  • Electrical apprenticeship and recognized professional qualification
  • Valid Compex certificate and 18th edition wiring qualification
  • Previous offshore experience and valid offshore certificates
  • Permit to work training and ability to work independently and as part of a team
