We are advertising this Electrical Supervisor role on behalf of our client 'City Facilities Management'.

Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to maintain and repair electrical, mechanical plant, and equipment within retail outlets for a key customer. The successful candidate will work in a cost-effective and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with company health and safety policies and procedures.

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical plant, and equipment.
  2. Work with a range of multi-skill elements, including basic plumbing, joinery, and building repairs, as well as core electrical tasks.
  3. Monitor and improve performance on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to drive improvement.
  4. Collaborate with the Divisional Account Manager on technical and electrical issues.
Qualifications Required

The ideal candidate will possess a fully qualified electrician's certification, including City and Guilds 236 Parts 1 and 2 Electrical Installation or NVQ Level 3. A valid UK driving license and a flexible attitude to work are also essential. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable working on an on-call rota of 1 in every 4 weeks, covering evenings and weekends.

Please note that this role requires a combination of electrical and general building maintenance skills. Only candidates who are comfortable with this requirement should apply.
