About the Role

Cooks Motor Group is seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Manager to join our team. As an Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of aftersales professionals, including parts, vehicle technicians, and service advisors.
  2. Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance against agreed targets and budgets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity.
  3. Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and guidance to team members to help them achieve their full potential and develop their skills.
  4. Business Growth: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
Requirements
  1. Industry Experience: Previous experience working in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of the motor trade.
  2. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  4. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and proactive approach.
