We are currently on the lookout for a Lead Cost Estimator to join our team for a significant framework project in collaboration with a major rail network. This initiative involves extensive assignments across multiple regions, focusing on various components such as structural works, earthmoving, drainage systems, building construction, fencing, and access infrastructure.

About You

  • Completion of a recognized program by RICS, CIOB, or ICES, or a relevant degree with a strong numerical or technical foundation.
  • Demonstrated experience in a cost estimating role.
  • Preferably, a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field with applicable experience.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC contract frameworks.
  • Experience in rail infrastructure projects is a plus.
