We are seeking an experienced Floor Layer to join our team at ARC (Norwich) Limited, a well-established family-run maintenance contractor based in the South East. As a Floor Layer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining high-quality flooring solutions for commercial refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain various types of flooring, including wood, tile, and carpet
  • Work with clients to understand their flooring needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure timely and efficient project completion
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Floor Layer in a commercial setting
  • Strong knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
