Job Title: Floor Layer (Commercial)

Location: London and South East

Pay Rate: £20-22 per hour + company vehicle and fuel card

Our client, a well-established family-run maintenance contractor, requires a skilled floor layer for commercial refurbishment works.

The primary work location is for a large pub chain with sites across London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install high-quality flooring solutions for commercial clients
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a floor layer in a commercial setting
• Strong knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
