Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our expanding team in Leeds. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to a wide range of clients, working collaboratively with the Account Executive team to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise clients on insurance matters, including MTA's and renewal processes
- Manage the quoting and binding of new risks and requirements for existing clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
- Work effectively to deadlines, managing multiple accounts and priorities
- A competitive base salary of up to £40,000, depending on experience
- Additional financial benefits, including income protection, contributory pension, life insurance, and healthcare plan
- Full financial support for industry qualifications and time for L&D
- Flexibility to work 3-4 days per week in the office, with minimal pressure or micro-management
- An engaging, collaborative work environment with opportunities for social, charity, and networking events
