Job Title: Strategic Business Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will be focused exclusively on delivery of fully retained projects, managing the overall project with the client, ensuring they are informed of progress, challenges, and opportunities, as well as managing their recruitment process in a professional and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively headhunt potential individuals with the most relevant career experience to support the growth of our client's businesses.
  • Manage the relationship with the clients through the delivery of the project, ensuring all communication is clear and accurate.
  • Build strong relationships and develop trust through a detailed understanding of the market, company, role, and individual, as well as a commitment to the long-term success of both the client and the individuals recruited.

Requirements:

  • Confidence speaking to people on the phone.
  • Personal and Career Development.
