Job Overview

Lime Talent is partnering with a leading consultancy to identify a highly skilled professional to drive Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives in the manufacturing industry.

As a seasoned **Management Consultant**, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with senior executives and operational teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement strategic solutions, and ensure lasting performance enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with manufacturing clients to assess current operations, identify inefficiencies, and develop tailored improvement plans.
  • Lead and facilitate Operational Excellence and CI projects, utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of manufacturing processes, data, and performance metrics to uncover root causes of issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing productivity, reducing waste, and enhancing quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of improvement plans.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to client teams on CI methodologies and best practices.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of implemented solutions, ensuring sustainable performance gains.
  • Develop and present comprehensive reports and presentations to clients, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and other CI methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects from conception to completion.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in training and coaching teams on CI practices and principles.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Willingness to travel as required to client sites.
