Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing quotations for new business and renewals, assisting the office, and being a referral point for assistants.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quotations for new business and renewals
- Assist the office and be a referral point for assistants
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting customer requirements efficiently and effectively
- Deal with all enquiries from clients in the branch, over the phone, and via email to ensure all targets are maximized
- Previous experience working in an insurer or broker as an Account Handler/Account Handler
- Cert CII qualified or looking to take qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience working within a broking or underwriting environment
- Excellent insurance knowledge with strong communication skills both written and verbally
- Ability to work alone or within a team and have excellent people skills
- Competent skills in Microsoft Office
