We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Ambulatory Care Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient-focused care within the Children's and Young Persons Day Unit, surgical day case, and Children's Outpatient Department.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the service
- Act as an expertly skilled clinical nurse, leader, and role model while providing direct quality patient care
- Utilize expert clinical judgement, decision-making, and skills in relation to the assessment and management of children within the service
- Work collaboratively with the multi-professional team and inpatient ward manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality service provision
- Maintain and support the efficient use of physical and/or financial resources
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong clinical and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexibly to achieve key responsibilities
