As the Fashion Retail Supervisor, your role will involve assisting the Store Manager in managing the PEP&CO collection and advancing the brand's presence.

This position offers the opportunity to pursue a Retail Team Leader Level 3 qualification through an apprenticeship program.

Your Responsibilities as a PEP&CO Fashion Retail Supervisor...
  • Drive sales performance to maximize profitability while minimizing inventory loss.
  • Ensure the Pep & Co section adheres to merchandising standards and guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in-store, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
  • Conduct stock inventory counts in designated areas as needed.
  • Process stock deliveries promptly and document any damages according to company protocols.
  • Ensure accurate stock replenishment procedures are followed.
Qualifications Required...
  • Prior experience in retail, particularly within the fashion sector, whether with a fashion retailer or a concession.
  • A strong interest in fashion trends and a creative flair for merchandising.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards.
  • A proven history of achieving results through effective leadership and coaching.
  • Experience in guiding and inspiring a team.
