Each individual maintains their own tenancy and is encouraged to attain independence and achieve their personalized, outcome-oriented objectives.
Key Responsibilities of the Lead Support Practitioner:
- Ensure that all service users receive exceptional, tailored, and person-centered care.
- Provide mentorship, support, and guidance to the staff team operating within the service.
- Foster warm and trusting relationships with service users, encouraging them to articulate their needs, opinions, and concerns.
- Assist in managing service delivery to effectively meet the needs of service users.
- Flexibility in working hours is essential, including the possibility of evenings and weekends.
