Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate resolution of supplier statement discrepancies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Administration: Manage the allocated supplier statement queries and work to meet daily KPI targets.
  • Query Resolution: Track and resolve queries with the manager, proposing resolutions and working independently to resolve where possible.
  • iTour Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of iTour to resolve costing queries and identify discrepancies.
  • Financial Analysis: Understand the accounts process to work out costings from both a front and back-end perspective.
  • Profit and Loss Management: Maintain P&Ls to minimize losses within the business.
  • Workload Management: Manage a high volume of work with a logical approach.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Possess good attention to detail and be highly organized.
  • Technical Skills: Have good MS Excel and IT skills.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Be an excellent communicator and team player.
