Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance department, including processing invoices and remittances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and remittances in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance team members and school administrators

Requirements

  • Previous experience with Sage and invoice processing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information

What We Offer

This is a temporary, part-time role with up to 21 hours per week. The rate of pay will be up to £15/hour inclusive of holiday pay. We are looking for someone who is immediately available and can commit to this assignment until the October Half-Term.
