We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Employee Services and Workforce Systems teams. As the Head of Employee Services, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to these teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment and workforce systems functions.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and manage high-performing Recruitment and Workforce Systems Teams, ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators and positive relations with employees and managers.
- Set the strategic direction for recruitment and workforce systems, aligning with local and national strategy and best practice, as well as organisational strategy and objectives.
- Complete regular audits on quality and compliance with legislation, regulations, and local policies, and maintain appropriate processes for managing risks and ensuring continuous service improvement.
- Produce reports for various internal and external stakeholders and provide assurances to board and sub-board level committees.
- Work in collaboration with senior leaders and executive directors across corporate functions and care groups on recruitment and workforce matters.
- Master's degree level or equivalent experience.
- CIPD membership or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable evidence of recent continuing professional development.
- Experience of managing and leading teams, leading service improvement, completing audits, and setting strategic direction for recruitment and/or workforce systems.
- Experience of establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
