Job Title: Head of Sales

At round8 talent search, we are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales efforts in the UK region.

About the Role:

  • Deliver revenue goals and business objectives across key regions, including Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Newcastle, and Edinburgh.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in regional advertising agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in programmatic advertising.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in selling digital media solutions to UK agencies.
  • Proven track record of outstanding sales achievement through new business, retention, and account development.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams.
