Position Summary

We are in search of skilled Reach FLT drivers to engage in a consistent night shift (Monday to Friday) within a bustling warehouse setting. Responsibilities will include the movement, storage, and picking of inventory. The role necessitates the operation of a Reach FLT along with manual tasks throughout the warehouse.

Compensation & Perks

  • Hourly wage ranging from £12.00 to £13.06 (for night shifts, Monday to Friday)
  • Temporary ongoing employment with potential for permanent placement for suitable candidates

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving and organizing incoming goods, including unloading containers
  • Picking orders and managing associated documentation for outgoing goods
  • Utilizing the Reach FLT for the movement and storage of inventory
  • Conducting safety inspections prior to operating the FLT
  • Ensuring accurate picking and storage using paper-based documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Reach FLT license and relevant experience is mandatory
  • Physical fitness is essential as the role involves manual handling
  • Attention to detail is crucial for accurate paperwork completion
  • Effective communication skills with management and team members
  • Basic computer skills for potential data entry tasks
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
