The Opportunity
We are currently partnering with a prominent healthcare product distributor who is experiencing significant growth. They have recently relocated to a state-of-the-art distribution facility in Castle Donnington, creating numerous opportunities for skilled Reach Forklift Operators.
About the Role
- As a Reach Forklift Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of their warehouse environment.
- Your responsibilities will include operating a Reach Forklift Truck to move, store, and pick stock efficiently.
- You will also be involved in manual handling tasks and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and sorting incoming goods, unloading containers.
- Picking orders accurately and preparing relevant paperwork.
- Operating a Reach Forklift Truck to move stock safely and efficiently.
- Conducting pre-operation safety checks on the forklift.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications & Experience
- A valid Reach Forklift Truck license (or an in-house license with willingness to convert).
- Proven experience operating a Reach Forklift Truck in a warehouse environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
