Spare Parts Operations Coordinator

Connect 44 is seeking a highly skilled Spare Parts Engineer to join our team in Reading.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective communication with logistics suppliers to resolve issues and optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Analyze and interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Prepare materials for weekly supplier meetings to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure tasks are completed within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain high standards of service.
- Monitor team members' workload and adjust as needed to ensure optimal productivity.
- Develop and present monthly reports to analyze business performance and identify potential issues and risks.
- Verify supplier invoices to ensure compliance with business requirements.
- Organize quarterly quality control activities, including sampling, issue identification, and reporting.
