Spare Parts Engineer Job Description

Connect 44 is seeking a highly skilled Spare Parts Engineer to join our team in Reading.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective communication with logistics suppliers to resolve issues and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Analyze and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Prepare materials for weekly supplier meetings to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure tasks are completed within established service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor team members' workload and adjust as needed to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Develop and present monthly reports to analyze business performance, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Verify supplier invoices to ensure compliance with business requirements and policies.
  • Organize and conduct quarterly quality control checks to ensure product quality and identify areas for improvement.
