We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Service and Repair Gas Engineer to become part of our esteemed organization. This position entails delivering exceptional service to our clients within your local vicinity. Key Responsibilities
  • Performing maintenance and repair tasks on various heating systems and appliances in residential settings.
  • Employing advanced diagnostic tools to effectively identify and resolve issues.
  • Promoting and installing supplementary products to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Efficiently managing your daily schedule to accommodate 6-8 service calls within your designated area.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service while upholding a professional demeanor in all interactions.

Training and Support
  • Induction: Comprehensive 8-day classroom training program.
  • First Day: Self-arranged transportation; travel expenses will be reimbursed (keep receipts).
  • Ongoing Support: Continuous assistance and monitoring for the initial 2-3 weeks to ensure proficiency in your role.

Benefits
  • Base Salary: £43,733 annually.
  • Location Allowance: Up to £6,000, based on geographical area.
  • Bonus Structure: Unlimited earning potential through a quarterly bonus scheme, with average earnings around £54,000, and higher for those excelling in upselling.
  • Work Schedule: 40-hour work week across 5 days, with shifts starting as early as 7am and concluding as late as 8pm, including weekends as core hours.
  • Overtime: Paid at time and a half.
  • Annual Leave: 33 days, inclusive of bank holidays.
