We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Service and Repair Gas Engineer to become a vital part of our organization. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in a field-based environment and possess strong problem-solving abilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks on various heating systems in residential settings.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to accurately identify and resolve issues.
  • Promote and install additional products to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Efficiently manage your daily schedule to accommodate 6-8 service calls within your designated area.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.

Training and Support
  • Induction: 8 days of comprehensive classroom training.
  • First Day: Self-arranged transport with travel expenses reimbursed (keep receipts).
  • Ongoing Support: Continuous assistance and monitoring for the initial 2-3 weeks to ensure comfort and proficiency in your role.

Benefits
  • Base Salary: £43,733 per annum.
  • Location Allowance: Up to £6,000, based on the area.
  • Bonus Structure: Unlimited earning potential through our quarterly bonus program, with average earnings around £54,000 for high performers.
  • Work Schedule: 40-hour work week over 5 days, with flexible shifts starting as early as 7am and ending as late as 8pm.
  • Overtime: Paid at time and a half.
  • Annual Leave: 33 days, inclusive of bank holidays.
