This role offers various full-time shifts, including night shifts, operating from 6pm to 3am, with the potential for up to 39.15 hours per week. Flexibility is essential, particularly for weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities
As a representative of our brand, you will deliver exceptional service to our esteemed customers, ensuring seamless experiences that foster confidence and loyalty. Your primary duties will include assisting customers with order placements, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues via webchat, email, and phone calls.
Ideal Candidate Profile
