We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Special Educational Needs Support Assistants. This role is ideal for those looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and young adults with diverse educational needs.

About the Role

Our educational institutions cater to children and young individuals aged 5-19 who present a range of special educational needs, including but not limited to:

  • Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties
  • Emotional and Behavioral Challenges
  • Severe Learning Difficulties
  • Speech and Language Communication Needs

The ideal candidate will possess experience in care support, with a focus on personal care, feeding, and safe handling practices being advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students in their educational and personal development.
  • Assist with personal care tasks as required.
  • Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to foster effective communication.
  • Maintain a valid DBS registration or be prepared to apply for a new one.
