TT Tech Talent is seeking a Level 2/3 Senior Technical Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Advanced skills in networking (including switches, routers, IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPNs).
  • Proficiency in client operating systems (Windows) and server operating systems (such as SBS Server).
  • Expertise in disinfecting devices from viruses/malware and performing backups/restorations.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities for system, application, and network issues.
  • Understanding of cloud services (Office 365, Google Suite, Azure) and VoIP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting remote and onsite troubleshooting.
  • Updating and refining policies and procedures.
  • Managing IT project tasks effectively.
  • Documenting procedures and resolving backup challenges.
  • Monitoring and managing ticket queues.
  • Building and deploying workstations and servers.
  • Facilitating email migration to Office 365 and data transfer to cloud storage.
  • Engaging in company marketing initiatives.
