Job Summary:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facility as the staff representative on shift. They will coordinate production and support operations and maintenance teams with the shared goals of safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership, support, and direction to operations on a 12-hour rotating shift (includes nights and weekends).
  • Respond to the needs of the facility during your shift.
  • Be the point of contact for communicating all changes and coordinate the response to any production disruptions.
  • Provide a safe working environment for all employees and ensure safe operating conditions of equipment.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or bachelor degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Experience working in a mentor and/or employee development role.
  • Demonstrated experience in successful resource planning.
