Course Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Course Administrator to join our team at Recruit Select. As a key point of contact for course administrative queries, you will be responsible for managing and improving administration and logistics for smooth, efficient, and fuss-free course delivery to a range of clients in various sectors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing course delivery within budget allocated for clients
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, learners, and teachers
  • Assessing learner language levels, objectives, and logistical needs and matching them to the most suitable teachers
  • Creating and maintaining records of courses on internal systems; using this data to report to stakeholders on investment, course progress, and student feedback
  • Collaborating with the Learning Solutions Manager to attend regular client review meetings to ensure client satisfaction and excellent delivery of service
  • Regularly reporting to various stakeholders on investment, course progress, and student feedback

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Very comfortable with technology
  • Able to prioritise tasks effectively
  • An articulate and good communicator - both written and spoken
  • Data entry and verification skills
