Job Opportunity: Care Home Manager

An exceptional new role has become available for a dedicated Care Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of a leading nursing home in the St Albans, Hertfordshire area.

This nursing home boasts a warm and family-like atmosphere, with highly trained staff available to provide individualized care to residents on a permanent and short-stay basis.

To be considered for this position, you must have prior experience in managing a large nursing home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the Home's daily operation
  • Ensure the highest possible standard of care is provided in accordance with company policy and CQC registration
  • Maintain and/or improve the CQC rating for the Home
  • Lead the Management Team, comprising the Deputy Manager and Administration Manager
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Ensure smooth running of the home
  • Deliver outstanding care for residents
  • Go above and beyond for residents and staff
  • Experience in a nursing home
  • CQC Ratings of Good or Outstanding in current home
