An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Care Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of a prestigious nursing home in the St Albans, Hertfordshire area. You will be working for a leading healthcare provider, renowned for delivering exceptional care and services.
This nursing home boasts a warm and family-like atmosphere, with highly trained staff dedicated to getting to know residents individually and providing the highest standards of residential, nursing, and dementia care on a permanent and short stay basis.
To be considered for this position, you must have experience in managing a large nursing home previously.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of the Home's daily operation, ensuring seamless delivery of care services.
- Ensure that the highest possible standard of care is provided in accordance with company policy and registration with the CQC.
- Maintain and/or improve the CQC rating for the Home, driving excellence in care delivery.
- Lead the Management Team, comprising the Deputy Manager and Administration Manager, to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Proven ability to ensure smooth running of the home, with a focus on delivering outstanding care for residents.
- Ability to go the extra mile for residents and staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Experience in a nursing home setting, with a strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
- CQC Ratings of Good or Outstanding in current home, demonstrating a track record of excellence in care delivery.
- An excellent salary of £70,000 per annum, reflecting your value to the organization.
