Operational Manager

First Clinical Ltd is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to lead the Specialist Surgery area, encompassing Audiology, ENT, Head & Neck, and OMFS. The successful candidate will be accountable to the Divisional Director of Operations and responsible for delivering operational excellence, financial performance, and governance across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Project manage the centralisation of OMFS services across the local area, ensuring seamless delivery and minimal disruption.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive financial, quality, and performance improvements, aligning with Trust objectives and national targets.
- Lead the review and optimisation of organisational structures and clinical processes, maximising efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective governance, change management, and business development initiatives.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in operational delivery, financial management, and governance. A deep understanding of the Specialist Surgery area and its challenges is essential.
