Key Responsibilities:- Monitor contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Update and maintain the database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate and produce correspondence, including letters and agendas, to ensure timely and effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Update customers on contract status and provide support as needed.
- Monitor and raise purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
- Produce letters and agendas to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
- Perform general administration tasks to support the team and ensure smooth operation of the department.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
- Ability to follow procedures and protocols.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
