Asset Contracts Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Asset Contracts Coordinator to join our team in Barnstaple. As an Asset Contracts Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring contracts to ensure compliance, updating and maintaining the database, coordinating and producing correspondence, updating customers, monitoring and raising purchase orders, producing letters and agendas, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Update and maintain the database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate and produce correspondence, including letters and agendas, to ensure timely and effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
  • Update customers on contract status and provide support as needed.
  • Monitor and raise purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Produce letters and agendas to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
  • Perform general administration tasks to support the team and ensure smooth operation of the department.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to follow procedures and protocols.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
