Job Title: Property Enquiries Executive

Forbes Solicitors is seeking a highly skilled Property Enquiries Executive to join our Central Property Team at our Walton Summit office. This is a full-time role working 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

About the Role:

The Central Property Team is an integral part of our property service offering, providing key administrative support to our Residential and Commercial Property teams. As a Property Enquiries Executive, you will be tasked with successfully delivering the new enquiries service for the Property (Residential/Commercial) departments, ensuring excellent customer service to new clients and maximising the conversion of enquiries to new business within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Successfully and accurately advise on the relevant and appropriate services that the department can provide based on the enquiry information and client requirements, with the aim of converting the enquiry into confirmed business;
  • Utilise strong communication skills to build rapport with potential clients, gain all relevant information, understand the client needs and expectations and articulate this back to the client and onto the legal advisor;
  • Deliver an informed and professional response to new enquiries, including providing relevant customer service information and quotes, and filtering the types of enquiries that the team does not deal with and signposting them elsewhere;
  • Utilise strategic questioning to fully understand the detail and nuance of potential client enquiries, making comprehensive and accurate notes of the nature and background of the enquiry to ensure excellent client care and maximise cross-selling opportunities;
  • Deliver ongoing customer service with the provision of follow-up processes, sharing any relevant information the potential client may require or gain an understanding of why an enquiry was lost;
  • Provide fixed fee quotes where necessary;
  • Maintain a detailed and up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the services provided by the team, developing basic legal knowledge to successfully support both potential clients and the department;
  • Maintain accurate information on referrals in and out the department;
  • Coordinate diary appointments and room bookings for the team and clients, including team meetings, client meetings, 1-2-1s, and taking minutes as and when required;
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the team, including peers and team members, processes, and systems.
