Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Supervisor to join our Finance division. This is a permanent role that offers hybrid working arrangements.

The ideal candidate will possess a professional qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) and have several years of experience in a financial reporting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of monthly financial reports, taking responsibility for specific expense categories and conducting variance analysis.
  • Deliver monthly insights and present financial outcomes to departmental leaders.
  • Assist in the year-end closing process and address audit inquiries alongside the Deputy Finance Manager.
  • Support the preparation of VAT submissions and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
  • Contribute to the training and documentation of finance processes within the team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Qualified in ACCA/CIMA/ACA.
  • Strong understanding of current accounting and reporting standards.
  • Prior experience in a financial reporting role or similar capacity.
  • Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion or comparable ERP systems is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of statutory regulations, including VAT and Anti-Money Laundering legislation.
  • Proven ability to manage large and complex datasets.
